This was followed by classic white vinification with pre-fermentation cryoextraction. Only the free-run juice was vinified at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.<\/p>\n<p>Tasting notes: Nose with intense floral character, subtle notes of night-blooming jasmine.
