The vines are dry-growing with a production of just 600 kilos per hectare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vinification:<\/strong>\u00a0The harvest for the year 2024 took place on August 22-23, while for the year 2023 it took place on September 9-10 and was followed by classic white vinification with pre-fermentation cryoextraction. Only the free-run juice was vinified at a controlled temperature in a stainless steel tank. Autolysis of the yeasts took place inside the tank, where the wine remained for about six months.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ageing potential:<\/strong>\u00a0We believe that the wine will evolve exceptionally for a long time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasting notes:<\/strong>\u00a0Gastronomic white wine. Lemon notes with mineral elements and continuous evolution in the glass with structure and volume. Unique taste that cannot be identified with any other variety.
