The vineyard is dry and 22 years old with very low yield per hectare. The terrain is rocky with a light gradient.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vinification:<\/strong>\u00a0The harvest took place on September 12-14, 2024, followed by separate classic red vinification of the two varieties. Extensive extraction was carried out, with pigeage in the early stages and delestage in the third and most delicate phase of extraction. Only the free-run juice was vinified at a controlled variable temperature depending on the stage of vinification.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ageing potential:<\/strong>\u00a0From the first winemakings these years, we understand that the wine can evolve pleasantly for the next 5 years.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasting notes:<\/strong>\u00a0Delicate wine, characterized by delicacy both aromatically and in taste, while the aftertaste leaves a velvety impression. Aromas of cherry and sour cherry, mouth soft without corners medium intensity, very pleasant secondary fruit aroma in the mid-palate. Freshness but also strength found in Central European wines such as Burgundy Pinot Noir.
